instructed to take your passage by the first available steamer sailing not less than a fortnight hence

at that time.
3. You should communicate with the Crown Agents, whose address is
Downing Street, S. W., as to the agreement which you are required to sign with
regard to the cost of your passage.
4. You will receive a formal letter of appointment from the Governor
when you arrive in the Colony.
